Room Creativity

Q:(1) How do you plan to address the room creativity expectation?
A: I plan on reaching the room creativity expectation by having a varity of visuals. I plan on having bottles of the most popular acne medications on every table which, will tie in with one of my activities.
I also plan on posters showing the different types of skin and acne.

Q:(2) What activity ideas do you have for answer 1 or 2?
A: My second answer is making sure teens know what is inside the product being used. So on each table they will have a mini description on the products, they will match them up with the different skin types and acne which I would provide.

The Product

My product so far is knowledge on how to take care of my own skin. Before I started my senior project I had way more imperfections on my skin then what I have now. I gained the most knowledge where i did my service learning, Bella Fusion skin and body studio in Diamond Bar. I worked with more then one esthetician at the spa. I world with Julia Woods the most, she would let me be in the room when she was performing facials on patients. She also performed a facial on me in which I asked plenty of questions in the process.

Blog 15 Independent Componet

Literal
(a) "I, Gabriela Garcia, affirm that I completed my independent componet which represents 30 hours of work."
(b) I performed 11 facials on a variety of people, to test if the facial shows the results it claims to do. I tested each facial on me before i performed them on the patient. I also tested the facial on the patients arm, to see if they had some allergic reaction to any of  the ingredients.

Interpretive
My independent component reached 30 hours easier then I thought it was going to be. First, I had to research what facials I could make at home. I wanted to perform at least 15 facials but didn't end up finding that many. I will go out and buy each ingrident needed for the facial. I would mix all the ingridents and perform the facial on me first. After I would test the facials on me, I performed it on the patient. In total i performed 11 facials.

Applied
My independent component helped me answer my essential question by having the knowledge on how to help certain skin problems teens have. My eq is what is the best way to take care of teen skin? So depending on the teens skin I would be able to tell them a facial that could help the apperance of their skin.

Answer 2

EQ: What is the best way to take care of teen skin?

Answer: The best way to take care of teen skin is to know the ingridents you put on your face. Know what each and every purpose for the ingridents.

Evidence: Certain people are allergic to certain products they may not know that it may be just one ingrident in which that prospect contains. Knowing what exactly is in your products helps to fight everyone's special need on their face.
