Independent Component 1 Plan Approval
(1) Write a description of what you plan on doing for your independent study component.
- I plan on finding a big variety of facials and know what each facial does to each different skin type and test the facials on different people (volunteers). I will make/buy the facials, test them on me first to make sure they are safe. I will also test the facials on the volunteer's skin (other than face) and ask if they are allergic to anything.
(2) Describe in detail how you think your plan will meet the 30 hours work requirement.
- I will be researching each and every facial. I plan on getting no less then 20 facials, each facial will take at least 45 minutes to test. The amount of time I will put on making, testing (on me and volunteer) and researching will reach 30 hours.
(3) How does your independent study component relate to your EQ?
-My independent component relates to my EQ by testing what facial will give better results and finding which one will take care and reach the needs of the different skin types.
